Scarlet Thread Kits

I'm sorry, but I just have to blow my own horn a little bit.  I am so proud that Scarlet Thread is offering several of my patterns as full kits.  Please see the write up on the Stitchything blog.  So if you want one of these patterns, all kitted up, we got it covered.  In the past, I have purchased kits from Scarlet Thread and they do a terrific job and the prices are great!

New Patterns

At long last I have new designs offered on my website!  There are 4 new designs on the Bargello page.  They are the first four on that page now. 

The new designs are Prickly Pears, Hens & Chicks, Vegas Nights and White Noise.  You watched me do Vegas Nights last year, and I showed you White Noise & Prickly Pears a month ago or so, but Hens & Chicks will be new to you. They are all Bargello, although Prickly Pears is Counted Needlepoint with a Bargello background.   I hope you like them. 

White Noise

Here is my first finish for 2011.  White Noise is a new Bargello design that I have been working on since summer.  The pattern will be available on my website in a month or so (I still have to finish the charts & instructions).  There are three distinct pattern areas and the piece is worked all in shades of white, with some silver.  There are 10 different threads used.   It is not a difficult design, although there is a lot of compensation.
