Stitch of the Month 2010

I finally started ANG's Stitch of the Month project for 2010. This project is designed by Sue Reed. As you can probably guess, I've changed all the colors! I decided to go with a nearly monochromatic scheme. I started with Waterlilies #130 and picked 3 Splendors from that, plus some Kreinik. I picked some Silk Lame Braid too, but so far I haven't used it; I tried it for one stitch, but thought it was too heavy. I am caught up now, having completed the Jan/Feb/Mar sections. It has a very delicate, feminine look.

As you said, this is soft and feminine. I like it! Can't wait to see what will be added next month.

Drat!! It is really nice. You may have just gotten me to look at the STOM project. I was trying to avoid it having not gotten too far with the kimono. Hmmmmmm.
