Bag Ladies FINISHED

Bag Ladies is finished!  Happy dance!  I started this just a little over a year ago.  But, there were weeks & months when I didn't work on it at all.
I'm very pleased with this.  You can't see the fuzziness in the photo!  But the Center cat (KC) is very fuzzy, as is the white tail (upper right), and Ragdoll (Sweet Pea) at the upper left.
I used lots of angora and fuzzy stuff and brushed like crazy.
For the whiskers, I used an upholstery thread in a slightly off white (white was too stark and didn't look right).  I do have a stash of real whiskers, but they are too thick for these little guys!

Seven Fractal, Progress #5

I have worked on this some lately.  I enjoy working on it, but it is large and a bit awkward.  I started this over a year ago, and thought it would take me a year.  Oops.
Well, two years maybe?  We'll see.  I think there are more "easy" areas coming up, which go faster.  When it changes color every stitch (like the blue areas), it is SLOW going.

Bag Ladies, Progress #4

Making good progress with Bag Ladies.  KC (front & center) is a little more than half done and lookin' good!  The photo doesn't do it justice.  KC is quite fuzzy, and will be more so when I finish and really brush it up!
And the floor is done.

18th Century Sampler, Progress #2

Lately I have worked on the 18th Century Sampler a bit.
Since the last time you saw it I have stitched several borders, the one on the bottom is not quite finished.

I may decide that this is almost done.  I'm not enjoying it as much as I thought I would.  I could add another row of squares.  Or I could just throw a border around it and be done.  That's what I'll probably do.

Then I'll have to decide how to finish it, and should it be horizontal or vertical?
