COVID-19

This is the weirdest thing I've ever stitched.  It will be my COVID-19 piece. I actually started it before all this began. I wanted to combine several of the abstract coaster designs by Cresus into one and wasn't having any luck. I just couldn't make anything work. So I just kept stitching. Connecting lines, curvy mostly, my favorite colors of course. Tried out DMCs new grays. It became vaguely humanoid. It's not very big. On 18-count about 3-4". Anyway, I don't know what it is, but it's finished. I doubt if I'll do anything with it. No, I don't know why the red triangles are there or why they are positioned that way.

It's definitely weird. Hahahaha. Which I think is appropriate for the times. I like the colors and the design. Maybe the triangles are the virus vectors?

I like the idea of the bargello framing a basketweave design. And, I like the colors. At first, I thought of a golf ball on a tee with shading. But, then why would it have green hair and the thumb reaching towards it is too big? If I have nightmares tonight . . .

I thought the gray areas were a bra that got a bit distorted. LOL
Well, we've had fun with it and you seem to have enjoyed yourself so it has served its purpose well.
