Laura Perin's Mini Mystery Monday, Week 3

Here is my finished Laura Perin's Mystery!  I added an extra row all around so it will fit in the pre-finished gizmo I'm putting it in.  I'll have it mounted in a few days & show you the result.

Because I needed to add to the finished piece, I used the overdye for the first border and the dark green pearl cotton for the outer border.  I think it turned out pretty and it was a fun stitch!

I think Laura is doing another one starting this coming Monday.  What a great idea & I'm so happy she is doing this!  Just right for quicky Christmas gifts!

Thanks for showing this. Made me hop over to Laura's blog to see what she was up to! It is fun to see your work and I am watching Twister with great interest.

Love your idea of using the overdye for the next to outer border. I've been regretting that it wasn't used again, but never thought to substitute it. Duh!!
It has been fun to stitch and, like you, I can't wait to see what Laura does Monday.
